AASHTO M180 thrie beam guardrail features its shape of three waves, which has an added corrugation on the basic of traditional W-beam made as per M180 standard. Compared to two-wave shape products, this one has a stronger construction and higher impact endurance. It is a perfect combination of high quality material and excellent anti-rust zinc or PVC coating. All of these make it outstanding at long-term corrosion and rust resistance. 
AASHTO M180 w-beam guardrail is a kind of road crash barrier made as per M180 standard, used for securing highway safety by preventing errant vehicles from sliding out of the roads and impacting the roadside buildings or other objects. So it is most commonly fixed on the side of the highways, dock areas, aisles, especially on curves and slopes for protection against run-off-road collisions.

Product Specification: W-Beam/Threi Beam:
W -Beam /Threi Beam Metal Crash Barrier single side/Double Side Guard rail comprising of 3 mm (and also Customized) cold rolled section having minimum yield strength 2400 kg /sqcm having width of 312 /510 mm and depth of corrugation as 83 mm with hot dip galvanized of zinc coating@ 550 g/sqm having total length 4.318 M (effective length 4M) and also customized, generally as per MORTH specification.

 

Post & Spacer Channel:
The Post/Spacer channel made of cold rolled section having minimum yield strength 2400 kg /sqcm. The post/Spacer will be hot dip galvanized of zinc coating@ 550g/sqm having size of 150mm x75mm x 5mm thick(and customized) x Length as per the drawing approved by project consultant .
